Initially it was to share my own story of living with PTSD, anxiety and depression.. but it has turned into much more than that. Along with my website, right here, I wanted to create another platform and safe space for all of us to share our own stories of triumph.
I also wanted to help others know that they are not alone on this self healing journey. We are all here to help you through it.

Washing Instructions
The sublimated coating on the mug should hold up for many years of being washed in the dishwasher, but fading over time is normal. For a longer lasting image, place the mug on the top rack of the dishwasher and as far away from the heating element as possible. Microwaving your mug will not harm the image. The polyester based coating is also food-safe.
